"It was time for something different."
The story starts out as most do, with a goal to find something different that represented my love for the coastal inshore lifestyle. As I looked at my current wardrobe and the brands that I had bought nothing represented what I experienced on the water and living on the coast. So i set off to go shopping and search for that specific brand that I thought spoke to me, but I was disappointed. This is when LoTide was born. The name LoTide brings together all the things coastal and inshore from skinny water fishing for tailing reds, exploring local waters in your kayak or on your paddleboard or just hanging with friends tied up at your favorite sandbar with your favorite beverage.
RPET Recycled Water Bottles
One of our apparel lines is an rPET (recycled polyethylene terephtalate) that comes from plastic that has already been used for packaging, such as the plastic water bottles we use daily. We all need to do our part in keeping our water clean by removing any trash from our waters especially plastic. We can then put that recycled trash to work in the shirts that we wear.
The Lifestyle.
LoTide is and always will be more than another clothing brand. We will continue to bring new products and ideas to the inshore coastal lifestyle. The term "Lifestyle" will always be the engine that drives this brand through innovation, adventures, education, media and just being able to enjoy what we all love....the coastal inshore life. We want to make you feel as if you are on the water everyday even if you can't be.
